From January 21 to January 24, Expocentre Fairgrounds hosted the largest international specialized exhibitions of plastics and rubbers RUPLASTICA, packaging, printing and bottling technologies UPAKEXPO, RECYCLING SOLUTIONS and waste disposal, as well as a specialized project in the field of 3D printing technologies in the production of ADDITIVE MINDED.
33,000 specialists visited the site in search of new partnerships, contacts, knowledge, product and technological solutions, and over 1,000 companies from more than 20 countries participated in the projects. These include Russia, Turkey, Iran, China, the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, San Marino, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, India, Egypt, Italy, Germany, Taiwan, Belarus and others.
"The idea of the exhibition alliance is to present the concept of "production – use – processing", which forms a single range of tasks and ready-made solutions for related industries. Also, one of the main objectives of the exhibition is the presentation of equipment. It is important that companies not only verbally talk about their capabilities, but also demonstrate them clearly," said Alexander Shainikov, CEO of Expo Fusion Exhibition company.
The exhibitions of 2025 have shown unprecedented interest of domestic and international players in working in the Russian market. Many participants presented their products for the first time, so visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted in detail with new suppliers from Russia, CIS countries, Asia and the Middle East.
The achievement of technological sovereignty and a new vector of movement to the East are economic trends that have already gained momentum, and within the framework of the RUPLASTICA, UPAKEXPO and RECYCLING SOLUTIONS exhibition projects, they have acquired their industry specifics, as well as complemented by equally relevant and global challenges such as ecology, efficient use of resources and new technological achievements.
Among the foreign exhibitors, companies from China, Turkey, India and Iran were the most widely represented. Firms with European roots, firmly entrenched in the Russian market, and, of course, key domestic manufacturers of products of all directions continued their work.

The large-scale business program included the work of five streams: the POLYMER PLAZA polymer industry forum, the INNOVATION PACK packaging and printing discussion platform, the RECYCLING SOLUTIONS conference on the economics of reproduction, recycling and recycling, as well as expert sessions on industrial 3D printing ADDITIVE MINDED and the III International Polymer Hackathon in the discipline "Chemistry and Physics of Polymers" for graduate students of universities.
During the 4 days of the eventful program, guests of the RUPLASTICA, UPAKEXPO and RECYCLING SOLUTIONS exhibitions were able to get acquainted with all the key trends and trends in various segments of the polymer, packaging, recycling and industrial 3D technology industries, personally communicate with dozens of reputable experts and top officials of leading market companies, as well as replenish the baggage of business solutions and technologies for their own business.

This proved once again that such an industry tandem opens up opportunities for new developments in the packaging, polymer and processing industries.
The new season of RUPLASTICA, UPAKEXPO and RECYCLING SOLUTIONS will be held from January 27 to January 30, 2026 at the CROCUS EXPO.
